Gwangju Buk-gu Announces Personnel Changes, Including Promotion of Park Tae-sung, Head of Livelihood Economy Division, to Grade 4

Gwangju Buk-gu announced personnel changes effective October 28, 2025. Park Tae-sung, head of the Livelihood Economy Division, has been promoted to Grade 4, and Kim Hyun-ok, an official in the Administrative Support Division, has been promoted to Grade 5. This reshuffle aims to enhance organizational efficiency and strengthen expertise in various fields. Gwangju Buk-gu stated that it will strive to provide better administrative services to residents through this reshuffle. In particular, more active engagement is expected from the Livelihood Economy and Administrative Support Divisions, as they are closely related to the lives of residents.

Park Tae-sung, the newly promoted head of the Livelihood Economy Division, is recognized for his outstanding work ethic and leadership in contributing to the economic development of Gwangju Buk-gu. He has focused on supporting small business owners and promoting local economic revitalization policies, and his promotion is expected to allow him to implement even broader policies. Kim Hyun-ok, the newly promoted official in the Administrative Support Division, is known for her excellent execution skills and meticulous work, and is credited with contributing to improved communication and cooperation within the organization.
