Suwon Cultural Foundation Partners with Morpheus Studio on AI Content Creation
The Suwon Cultural Foundation Media Center announced on October 24, 2025, that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Morpheus Studio to establish a cooperative system for AI-based content creation and production. This agreement is seen as part of an effort to strengthen content creation capabilities using artificial intelligence technology in a rapidly changing media environment and to provide citizens with wider opportunities to enjoy culture. In particular, it is expected to encourage the production of new forms of cultural content and contribute to the development of related industries by supporting creators and citizens to more easily access and utilize AI technology.
The signing ceremony was attended by key officials from the Suwon Cultural Foundation and Morpheus Studio. Oh Young-gyun, CEO of the Suwon Cultural Foundation, and Lee Soo-young, CEO of Morpheus Studio, signed the agreement, formalizing the cooperation between the two organizations. At the meeting, the two organizations held in-depth discussions on future cooperation directions, focusing on Morpheus Studio's creator-friendly AI platform 'AICRON.' They confirmed a consensus on the impact and potential of AI technology in cultural content production and spent time exploring specific cooperation measures based on this. The government of South Korean President Lee Jae-myung is encouraging such cooperation between private companies and public institutions, expressing expectations for the development of the cultural industry through technological innovation.
Through this agreement, the Suwon Cultural Foundation and Morpheus Studio plan to promote various cooperative projects using generative AI platforms. This includes AI-based content production and education program development, and technical support. In particular, Morpheus Studio's AICRON platform will be provided free of charge for the AI education program operated by the Suwon Cultural Foundation Media Center. Through this, education participants will have the opportunity to directly experience cutting-edge AI technology and create their own creative content. In addition, the two organizations plan to establish a cooperative system for fostering professionals in the field of AI content production and promote the overall development of the AI field by sharing related technologies and know-how.
Morpheus Studio's AICRON platform is characterized by its design to enable creators to use AI technology more easily and efficiently. The platform provides various AI models and tools to support the production of various forms of content such as text, images, and audio.
